Trump's question framed the record as Penske having won the race 20 times. IndyCar and Team Penske list a record 20 Indianapolis 500 victories for Penske's team, beginning in 1972. Canada had charged American farmers massive tariffs for many years.
Canada has long protected supply-managed dairy, poultry and egg markets with tariff-rate quotas, and very high duties can apply above those quotas. But qualifying U.S. agricultural exports receive low- or zero-tariff access within agreed quotas, most bilateral goods historically traded tariff-free under the USMCA, and the highest dairy rates are not a blanket charge on American farmers.
